Hello neighbors, I’m Charles Wright—your elected board member since March 17, 2025—and I created this portal to give our community something it’s been missing:
a clear, honest, and accessible space for homeowners to stay informed and get involved.
This site is not affiliated with the current board or management company. It’s a grassroots effort, built from the ground up to serve you—the residents of Brittany Highlands.

Why This Site Exists

Too many decisions are made behind closed doors. Too many homeowners feel left out, unheard, or confused. I believe that transparency isn’t optional—it’s essential.
